Why do i feel dizzy after the massage session?

It is healthy for you to feel light-headed after. as the treatment will reduce your blood pressure so, please take your time and get up slowly and your therapist will provide you with a glass of water

What happens if i dont drink enough water after the massage?

Water intake is crucial to reduce muscle soreness the next day, especially if you are a person that dont get massages regularly. Drinking water after your massage appointment help move out products that your massage therapist worked it for the hour.

What should i wear?

You dont have to wear anything if you dont want to, some people prefer to wear underwear some people dont. Your massage therapist has no preference whatsoever.

What to do after your massage session?
