• You can receive the health history form from Neurotouch Therapy on your 1^st home visit. Then  fill out your form on the behalf of you and write all about your health. You have to sign on the form.  The health information is saved on files for 7 years and after 7 years will be destroyed
• We use blue cross portal (https://www.medaviebc.ca/en/ ) systems to process your claims

Then no one can use your information. We can also use this information for making appointments and plan for your future treatment.

We can share your information with our business partner or the third party. When you contact with us so maybe third party in front of you and maybe we requested on the behalf of the third party from you to give more personal information from you. Children under the teenage

 We don’t design Neurotouchmassage therapy for teenage children. The teenage children don’t need to give any type of information to our website. If you want our services then you 1st take permission from your parents.
