Cancellation/Late Policy

We have a cancellation/late policy .When you book an appointment with Jorge Tasse, RMT  the therapist sets aside that time for you. Missed appointments prevent from accommodating other clients and also affect therapist’s income. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay half of the cost of the treatment booked.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.  The mobile massage therapist only receives payment if you pay for your treatment. Giving 24 hours’ notice will allow me to book another client in that timeslot.

If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) your therapist may make an exception to the above policy on those rare occasions.

You are responsible for the time you have reserved for your appointment. If you are late, your treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee. Please ensure that you available 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to complete your health history form so you can receive the full length of treatment. Our first-time client forms, are required to be completed before treatment commences.
