Direct Billing/Massage benefits
Most health insurance providers now cover massage therapy in their policies, often covering 80-100% of the cost. Many also provide direct billing, allowing us to electronically submit your treatment to your insurance provider and you only pay the difference. Not all plans cover massage benefits or are set up for direct billing, so before your appointment, check with your insurance provider to see if massage therapy benefits are included in your plan, the amount covered, AND if your plan needs a doctors’ note or prescription for coverage to be possible.
Filling out the form below will allow us to find out your policy information for you. In order for us to process your treatment or find out your coverage, you’ll need your insurance card with your policy and identification numbers on it, as well as a doctors’ note if your policy requires it.
Please keep in mind that there may be times when we are not able to direct bill your provider at the time of your appointment and you should be prepared to pay in full. In the event that this happens, we will always provide a medical receipt for you to give to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement.
